Talking Hands Auslan Classes at Deaf Can:Do

During Deaf Can:Do’s short courses ‘Talking Hands,’ participants will be immersed in a fun, interactive introduction to communication with Auslan users.  All classes are presented by a Deaf Auslan Tutor and provide a fun introduction to this fascinating language. Talking Hands classes enable students to hold basic conversations with Deaf people, are a lot fun and can also be a great way to meet new people.  Courses run for two hours per week over five weeks – view the current timetable here to find out when the next course starts.

Talking Hands 1 can then be followed by Talking Hands 2 and 3 for more indepth learning opportunities.

Talking Hands courses are currently taking place at Deaf Can:Do's Welland office, classes run from  6-8pm.

Cost:  $185 per person ($165 concession)

*Attendees must commit to a block of classes and cannot change days week to week
